The three digit 594 is now becoming a household name in guitar land, as they are synonymous with one of the best modern guitars out right now: the PRS McCarty 594. We've already had quite a few of these amazing guitars in the shop, but this time something very special has arrived. First of all, this is the Hollowbody II version, which means that both the top and back are made of Maple and have a very nice (and comfortable!) carve. In terms of specs, it is otherwise fairly familiar. The length of the guitar is of course 24,594", and the Pattern Vintage neck is made of mahogany. The neck of this guitar has a nice bit of "meat" and therefore feels old school. The neck is completed by a rosewood fingerboard. There is also a beautiful Faux Binding around the top, back and neck of this PRS McCarty 594 Hollowbody II Finally, the Hollowbody II is equipped with the now well-known 58/15LT pickups, which in our humble opinion is one of the better PAF inspired pickups of this moment. The guitar comes with a unique body shaped case, instead of the regular PRS case. Cool!
