With the top's aging toner, comfortable neck and scalloped bracing, this 000-28 plays and sounds fantastic.

What is the difference between OM and 000?

At first glance you probably won't see the differences between the 000 model and the popular OM or "Orchestra" model. Both Bodyshapes are indeed almost identical, but the differences lie in the neck. The 000 has a man hour of 24.9", where the OM has a man hour of 25.4". And you can feel that difference: the string tension is lower with a 000, and all frets are a bit closer together. A second difference is the width of the nut: it is a fraction wider with an OM.
Shape: 000-14 Fret
Top Wood: Solid Sitka Spruce, Aging Toner
Construction: Dovetail Neck Joint
Bracing: Scalloped, X Brace
Top Inlay Material: Bold Herringbone
Back & Sides Wood: Solid East Indian Rosewood
Neck Wood: Dark Mahogany, Satin Modified Low Oval
Neck Taper: High Performance Taper
Fretboard Wood: Ebony
Scale Length: 24.9"
Number of Frets: 20
Fretboard Inlays: Diamonds and Squares Long Pattern
Case: Ply Hardshell
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2160/4507/files/IMG_0769_eb884c74-3630-4200-b513-529393a6a8fc.jpg?v=1794064087
