When Zach Myers jokingly told Paul Reed Smith that the new version of his signature model reminded him of a Private Stock guitar, Mr. Smith laughed at first. But... The basis of this signature guitar from Shinedown's guitarist is a chambered mahogany body with a maple top and therefore a flame maple veneer.
