In collaboration with PRS Guitars, Dijkmans Music proudly presents the Wood Library Korina McCarty 594 Metallic Limited Run! This time in a very striking Purple Metallic version without binding: that is unique. The 594 is one of our all-time favorite models. PRS is generally known for their flashy colors and three-dimensional maple tops, but the Dijkmans Team also share a love for Metallic colours. That's why we really wanted to put together a series where these two predilections came together and ta da: the McCarty 594 Metallic Limited Run was born! To make this series even more interesting, we have chosen a number of Wood Library upgrades. For example, the body and neck are made of Korina, which creates a visual party at the back of the guitar. For the fingerboard we chose the beautiful Ziricote, and in combination with the exclusive Green Ripple Birds, this is a Wood Library-worthy fretboard. Furthermore, the guitar is a 594 through-and-through. That means a man-hour of 24,594", 58/15LT pickups for that real vintage character, push/pull tone knobs for split-coil functionality and of course the amazing finish that PRS has been known for for decades.
