The PRS "Dead Spec" Silver Sky is the result of a close collaboration between Paul Reed Smith and John Mayer. John was looking for a perfect Silver Sky for his work in Dead and Company. The "Dead Spec" Silver is an homage to Jerry Garcia's Alligator Guitar. With its Swamp Ash Body, fixed tremolo and Alembic Blaster Preamp, this limited Silver is a very special instrument.
