The contents of this site, containing all information, pictures, graphics, sounds, texts and any combination thereof and the programming are protected by copyrights. These rights belong to Dijkmans Muziek. Without written permission from Dijkmans Muziek it is prohibited to copy content of this site.
Despite our continuous care for the construction of this site and the containing information, Dijkmans Muziek cannot guarantee the accuracy and actuality thereof. Dijkmans Muziek will not accept liability for any direct or indirect damage of any kind, flowing out of or in any way connected to the use of this site. All pictures on our website are of the actual product, with some exceptions of products under €1000.
The prices quoted on guitarcustomcollection.com are in EURO incl. 21% VAT.
Guitar Custom Collection reserves the right to adjust prices without prior warning.
Anyone in the Netherlands : you always pay 21% VAT (VAT) If you have a business and/or valid VAT / VAT number you can reclaim this 21% yourself.
Private persons who live in the European community : You pay 21% VAT (and you do not have to pay any extra costs or taxes at import)
European community based business owners outside the Netherlands that can identify themselves with a traceable VAT / MWST / VAT number will NOT be charged with the 21% VAT. Shipping address has to be the actual and traceable VAT registered address.
Anyone living outside the European community will NOT be charged with the 21% VAT (divide price by 1.21). However you will have to pay a (usually much lower) percentage of import duties when the guitar is brought into your country. USA made products are also free of duty/import taxes when returned to the USA. When clearing returning US goods through Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the importer should file a CBP Form 3311 Declaration for Free Entry of Returned American Products
Orders placed on items in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 working days if no custom additions are made. We ship our guitars with PostNL (incl. insurance) inside the Netherlands. For other countries we ship with either UPS, Fedex or DHL (through a third party parcel company).
Right to withdraw
If for any reason you are not happy with the product you ordered in our webshop, you have 14 days to return the product to us. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
A prerequisite for any potential withdrawal is that the merchandise has not been used (or damaged in any way) upon return to us, and also that you contact us at email@example.com for instructions on how to proceed with the return. Dijkmans Music will not pay COD fees (Cash On Delivery), nor shipping invoices. Nor will Dijkmans Music pay for the return shipping of your purchase.
This does not apply to wrongly expedited goods. In which case will naturally pay the return shipping cost. You are still responsible to keep the merchandise in the same condition as when received. If the product is damaged in any way, or is misplaced due to negligence on your part, you lose any withdrawal right.
If you wish to file a complaint of a product, we ask you to contact us asap through firstname.lastname@example.org to get information concerning the return of your purchase.
A full review and investigation of said product is performed by Dijkmans Muziek upon products return, before any refund is issued. You will normally receive any refund within two weeks. In exceptional cases this might take up to 30 days.
We accept international credit card payments through Mollie Payments. You can also pay through Paypal. We share PayPal costs by charging you 2% of the total transfer. Our PayPal account is info(AT)dijkmansmuziek.nl. Your PayPal account must be verified. We will only ship to a confirmed PayPal address. It is your responsibility to make sure your PayPal account is accurate, verified and confirmed. If your information is incomplete, we will not ship the item and we will not refund your PayPal payment until alternate payment is sent.
We support direct credit card payments via Mollie Payments, but these can also be done through your paypal account.
For customers living in the Netherlands we also offer iDeal as a payment option. Here you can pay safely online with your own bank account through a secured portal. This option will not bring any additional costs.
At our store in Breda it is also possible to pay in cash or with your bank card (Maestro).
All personal information are only registered for internal use at Dijkmans Muziek, and never given to any third parties. The only other companies privy to this information are our payment partners Mollie and PayPal. You can ask to have your records deleted.
