Slide Guitar Clinic David Piedfort
After a successful slide clinic tour in 2017-18, guitarist David Piedfort (BE) is going on tour again to schools and music houses in Belgium and the Netherlands with the story about that unique guitar technique: 'the slide'.
This live course teaches you hands-on how to deal with that ring around your fingers. The internet is full of solid work material, but how do you actually start and how should you get started with it?
You will receive answers to these questions and more that evening on your OWN guitar without having to make major changes to your instrument. The course you receive has been completely revised and updated and is now clearer, clearer and more convenient to work with. Every beginner can get started with playing slide thanks to this clinic. But every advanced person can also pick up an idea.
As a Belgian guitarist, David Piedfort has been a music teacher and clinician for 20 years. As a live and studio musician he has produced work for, among others. Guy Swinnen, Stijn Meuris, The Scabs, Dana Winner, Axl Peleman, Helmut Lotti, Rick De Leeuw and many other artists. He can be heard every week on the popular Radio 2 (B) program "De Weekwatchers". David has already been voted in the top polls several times by readers of Gitarist Magazine (category 'Gitarist Benelux') and recently appeared in the Dutch podcast Gitaarmannen, the podcast by Ed Struijlaart.
