The Laney A-SOLO gives guitar and microphone their own channel
Amplify your acoustic guitar and connect a microphone at the same time, without carrying two separate amplifiers: the Laney A-SOLO offers a practical starting point for this. This compact acoustic guitar amplifier has two completely independent channels. You can use them for an instrument and a microphone, two acoustic instruments, or a combination of microphone and pickup on the same guitar. This allows the A-SOLO to adapt to your way of playing. On an intimate stage, it can be your direct sound source, while in a larger setup it can serve as a personal monitor.
The starting point is a clean, clear reproduction of your acoustic instrument. With quiet fingerpicking, you want to be able to follow the individual notes, while strummed chords need to maintain their cohesion. The specially designed 8-inch full-range coaxial speaker forms the basis of that reproduction. With the built-in digital reverb you give a part extra space and with chorus you add a different color. This allows you to choose between a simple amplified sound and a slightly more spacious presentation, depending on the song and playing environment. The independent channels offer flexibility for different sound sources.
The A-SOLO delivers 60 watts and has a closed speaker cabinet with one 8-inch custom coaxial driver. In addition to the two channels, there are digital reverb and chorus, phantom power for condenser microphones, and a provision for feedback suppression. The DI output allows connection to an external sound system, convenient when the amplifier is used as a monitor on stage. An effects loop is not present. The optional FS2-MINI footswitch is available separately and is therefore not included as standard. This makes it clear what this combo offers itself and what expansion you can potentially add later.
Are you looking for an acoustic amplifier with which you can neatly bring together different sources? The Laney A-SOLO combines two independent channels with effects and a DI output, so that your setup can grow from a small playing area to a stage with external amplification. Discover how your guitar and microphone come together to their full potential.
