A small speaker cabinet can earn a serious place in your bass rig. The Eich 110XS from the NEXT LEVEL BASS-XS series combines a 10-inch ceramic speaker with a compact enclosure measuring just 35 x 38 x 35 cm. Weighing 10 kg, it remains easy to handle when you regularly move between home, the rehearsal space, and the stage. The handmade German construction from 15 mm poplar plywood keeps the weight low while providing a sturdy foundation. Both electric bassists and double bass players will find a compact solution here that focuses on sound and practical use.
The ceramic speaker developed by Thomas Eich delivers deep bass and a dynamic, defined reproduction. The 3-inch CT3 cone driver complements that foundation with clarity in the high-frequency range, so that even the details of your attack remain audible. Via the three-way switch, you can choose how much treble you want to add: off, medium, or high. This allows you to easily tune the character to your instrument and playing style. Go for a rounder soundscape with warm basslines, or add more clarity when you want your articulation and nuances to speak.
The 110XS has a power handling of 400 watts RMS, a sensitivity of 98 dB, and a specified frequency range of 50 to 19,000 Hz. Two parallel-connected Eich Speaker Connectors provide the speaker connections. The cabinet is finished with classic grille cloth and equipped with non-slip rubber feet and Ampfixing. With steel support pins, you can place it in monitor positions of 45° and 8°. Especially when you stand close to your cabinet, that tilt helps to direct the sound more towards your listening position. This allows you to adapt the setup to the room without immediately having to take a larger speaker cabinet with you.
