The magic of the Ambassador starts with the specially selected components; Inside you'll find Mercury transformers, Mallory capacitors and precision-matched EHX tubes. In addition, you have a spring reverb that is tube-driven and 2 Supro BD10 speakers with unprecedented clarity and an almost three-dimensional sound. The Ambassador contains a handy switch that allows you to switch between Class A (35 Watt) and Class AB (50 Watt). In Class AB mode the Ambassador sounds most open, with a nice dip in the midrange. In Class A mode, the Ambassador has more pronounced mids and you get into overdrive a little faster.
