Tool's Adam Jones has combined his love for art and music in one of the most exceptional signature collections Epiphone has ever released. The Art Collection consists of seven Silverburst Les Paul Custom models, each adorned with a reproduction of a specific artwork on the back panel. This particular model features Ernst Fuchs' ANTI-LAOKOON, a fascinating composition by the Austrian painter that merges surrealist and symbolist traditions. An additional illustration by artist Korin Faught is located on the back of the headstock. A maximum of 800 units of each model will be produced.

The instrument itself is built entirely to Adam Jones' specifications. The Seymour Duncan Distortion in the bridge delivers the high output and punchy aggressive character that defines Tool's guitar sound. The reverse-mounted Epiphone ProBucker Custom in the neck provides an out-of-phase quality in the middle switch position, a subtle but character-defining peculiarity. CTS potentiometers and Orange Drop capacitors ensure an authentic vintage-inspired signal path.

Mahogany body with maple top, 3-piece maple neck with volute and Adam Jones Custom profile, ebony fretboard with Block inlays and 22 frets on a 24.75" scale, 7-ply top and 5-ply neck/headstock binding, vintage-style chrome tuners. Includes Protector Series hardshell case in Antique Silverburst as a tribute to Jones' own 1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom.
