The simple, no-nonsense White Blonde finish fits perfectly with the sound, which is just as straightforward, thanks in part to the Handwound 58 Pickups. The body of the guitar is made of two pieces of ash, carefully matched for maximum resonance. The one-piece maple neck feels incredibly tight; your low E literally blasts out of your amp! Even higher up on the neck, this Tele retains its characteristic twang, which is reinforced by the Vintage Telecaster bridge. Thanks to the Journeyman Relic, the guitar looks and feels like a real fifties specimen that the original owner has always taken good care of - except for a few cool performance traces.
