The Gibson Les Paul Modern Figured Cobalt Burst is for the guitarist who wants the soul of a classic Les Paul, but makes no compromises on playing comfort or versatility. With a beautiful figured maple top in the deep blue Cobalt Burst finish, this is an instrument that also makes a visual impression.

Two Gibson Burstbucker Pro humbuckers deliver the warm, full tone for which the Les Paul is world-famous: rich lows, defined mids, and a present top end that cuts without biting. Thanks to the push/pull coil-split on both tone pots, a whole palette of additional timbres opens up, from bright single-coil sounds to rich humbucker fullness. The asymmetrical SlimTaper mahogany neck with an ebony fretboard and a compound radius of 10" to 16" makes fast runs and chord playing equally comfortable, from the first to the twenty-second fret.

The body is constructed from mahogany with a figured maple top, a combination that provides the characteristic sustain and warmth of the Les Paul. The Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge and Grover Rotomatic tuners ensure stable tuning and accurate intonation. The electronics consist of two volume and two tone pots with push/pull coil-split function and a three-way toggle switch. The guitar comes with a hardcase.
