The Martin Phosphor Bronze Lifespan 2.0 Custom Light offers the versatility of a hybrid gauge combined with the durability of Martin's Lifespan 2.0 coating. The lighter treble strings (11) and heavier bass strings (52) give you the best of both worlds: smooth playability on the treble strings and a full, resonant bass response. The coating protects the strings from sweat and oxidation for a significantly longer lifespan.
The Lifespan 2.0 coating provides a playing feel that is close to uncoated strings. The 11-15-23-32-42-52 gauge is suitable for most steel-string acoustic guitars in standard tuning. Produced by Martin with the quality standard that has been the norm for generations.
