This model shows that Gibson still understands very well how to convincingly translate the vibe of the classic Les Paul into a modern instrument. Beautiful, small headstock, beautiful classic Sunburst finish and two good sounding Burstbuckers. These facets form the basis for this guitar. Thanks to the Slim Taper neck and the 9-Hole weight relief, the guitar is nice and light, both in weight and playability. This makes the Gibson Les Paul Classic a very accessible instrument. The Burstbuckers approach the original PAF sound, and offer additional sound thanks to the push-pull functions of all four controls. You can split both pickups to single coils, and both pickups can be switched to Pure Bypass/Phase. This results in a wide range of tones, which is of course very inspiring! Including beautiful Gibson hard case.
