De Gier Soulmate Classic 5 Candy Apple Red

The De Gier Soulmate Classic 5 gives Candy Apple Red a vintage bass feel

The De Gier Soulmate Classic 5 is a five-string bass guitar for players looking to combine a classic look with an extended low range. The Candy Apple Red relic finish gives the bass a well-worn character, while the Soulmate Classic design remains faithful to a familiar bass aesthetic. With its boutique finish and carefully selected components, this feels like an instrument to play for years to come, on stage, in the studio, and at home.

The select alder body provides a balanced foundation for a clear, full bass tone. The Fralin pickups give you a direct point of contact for your sound, with simple Volume and Tone controls to tailor the response to your touch and amplifier. The fifth string expands the low range and makes it easier to play deep lines without constantly shifting positions. The 34-inch scale keeps the playing feel familiar for bassists accustomed to a classic bass.

The neck is made of hard maple and features a C-profile, with a rosewood veneer fretboard and a compound radius ranging from 7.25 to 12 inches. The fretboard has 20 medium jumbo frets, type 6150, and dot inlays. Gotoh Vintage Style tuners and a Gotoh vintage-style bridge with four saddles complete the hardware. The binding adds a refined detail to the Candy Apple Red finish. A gig bag is included.

This De Gier Soulmate Classic 5 brings together vintage-inspired style, five-string versatility, and high-quality components in one distinctive bass guitar. Discover how the extra low string gives your playing new room to breathe.
