Since 2021 Andrew Gouché, the godfather of gospel bassists, member of the Markbass family! A Grammy Award winning producer with over 30 years experience playing bass for many R&B and gospel legends including Prince and the New Power Generation, Gladys Knight, Andraé Crouch, The Winans and music director of Chaka Khan, he was regularly called for recording sessions in all genres. With his signature bass sound, Andrew has left an unmistakable mark on the history of gospel and R&B music.

After playing Markbass amps at several events, Andrew fell in love with the tone and character. In collaboration with Andrew, Markbass' team has been working together for the past year to create an amp head with its own unique sound.
