The Ibanez TS9B Bass Tube Screamer is the bass version of the most iconic overdrive ever made. Ibanez has adapted the classic TS9 circuit for bass guitar by adding a Mix knob that keeps the original bass signal intact, so you always retain your instrument's attack and body, even at higher gain settings. The result is an overdrive that delivers the characteristic Tube Screamer warmth, but specially tuned for the low frequencies of the bass.
The sound of the TS9B is warm, organic, and full of character. The Drive knob determines the intensity of the overdrive, while the Tone knob adjusts the tone color. The Mix knob allows you to blend the overdrive with the original bass signal, which also makes the TS9B suitable for subtle tonal enrichment.
The TS9B features Drive, Level, Mix, Bass, and Treble knobs. Connectivity via In, Out, and 9V DC In. Compact, robust, and immediately usable on any pedalboard.
