The Bass Guitar That Brings Neal's Tone to Your Hands — In a Color No One Ignores
The Dingwall NG3 "Nolly" Signature is the result of years of collaboration between Dingwall and Periphery bassist Adam "Nolly" Getgood. This isn't just a marketing story: Nolly plays this bass live and in the studio, and every design choice can be traced back to his specific demands for tone, playability, and versatility. The Matte Lambo Orange finish also makes it unmistakably present on any stage.
The fanned fret system with a scale length ranging from 34" on the high string to 37" on the low B gives each string exactly the tension it needs. The result is an exceptionally tight, defined low B that doesn't sag, combined with a smooth, fast high string. The three FD-3 single-coil pickups — specifically developed for this model — deliver a clear, layered sound with plenty of dynamics and character, in both active and passive modes.
The body is made of alder, the neck of maple with a maple fretboard and 24 frets. The neck shape is a comfortable C-shape with a 9.45" radius, ensuring a familiar feel even during longer sessions. Hipshot Ultralite tuners keep the tuning stable and the weight low. The Dingwall Minimalist one-piece bridge is sleek and functional. The electronics offer volume, blend, and an active 3-band EQ, with the option to play fully passive whenever you wish. An exceptional bass for the bassist who accepts no compromises.
