The Bourgeois Touchstone D Signature is the result of a special collaboration: Dana Bourgeois personally selects and prepares the tops and braces, approves them himself, and then sends them to Eastman for finishing. The result is a dreadnought that sounds and plays like a guitar costing many times more.
The solid Alaskan spruce top with Adirondack scalloped X-bracing provides explosive projection and a rich, layered tone. The solid Madagascar rosewood back and sides add depth and brilliance to the low-mids, while the ebony fingerboard contributes to a tight, defined attack. This is a guitar that opens up the harder you play.
The mahogany neck with V-profile, Schaller Grand Tune nickel tuners, dot inlays, and an ebony bridge with ivoroid pins complete an instrument that is perfect in every detail. 20 frets on a 25.4-inch scale. No pickup. Comes with a hardshell case.
