The Bourgeois Touchstone D Vintage/TS is a collaboration between Bourgeois and Eastman. Dana Bourgeois personally selects and prepares the tops and bracing, approves them, and then sends them to Eastman for finishing. The result is a vintage-inspired dreadnought that sounds and plays like a guitar many times its price.
The solid Alaskan spruce top with Adirondack scalloped X-bracing provides a direct, dynamic response with an openness rarely expected from a new guitar. The solid Indian rosewood back and sides add warmth and complex harmonic content while maintaining balanced lows. The dreadnought body delivers volume and projection that fills any room.
The mahogany neck with a V-profile, ebony fretboard with snowflake inlays, Schaller Grand Tune nickel tuners, and an ebony bridge with ivoroid pins complete an instrument that is perfect in every detail. 20 frets on a 25.5-inch scale length. No pickup. Comes with a hardshell case.
