Dingwall Combustion Nashville 5 Vintage Burst

Beautiful Dingwall Combustion Nashville in a fitting Vintage Burst

The Dingwall Combustion Nashville 5 Vintage Burst is a modern, high-end bass guitar that combines refined playability with a classic aesthetic. The Vintage Burst finish gives the instrument a warm, timeless look — from deep amber tones in the center to rich dark hues at the edges — which visually appeals to vintage instruments, yet executed with today's technical finesse.

What truly sets this bass apart is the fanned-fret / multiscale neck construction. Thanks to the variable scale length, it offers balanced string tension across the entire register, resulting in a tight, defined low end, clear mids, and smooth highs. This makes the Combustion Nashville 5 incredibly versatile: from deep funk grooves and soulful pop lines to rock, fusion, and metal – the bass always remains dynamic and responsive.

The pickup configuration and active electronics deliver a broad tonal spectrum. You can shape warm, round foundations, but also create biting rhythms and cutting articulation — ideal for both studio work and live performances. The ergonomically shaped body and comfortable neck ensure a natural, pleasant playing experience, even during long sessions.

The Dingwall Combustion Nashville 5 Vintage Burst is therefore a professional 5-string bass that manages to combine classic aesthetics, innovative construction, and an expressive, modern sound in one instrument.
