The first thing that stands out is of course the very chic gold finish, which is not only beautiful thanks to the Journeyman Relic, but also feels like a real piece from the mid-century. In terms of sound and playability, however, it is a lot more in the now. The Compound radius of the Maple neck ensures that your open chords feel just right, and if you're venturing higher up the neck, the flatter radius provides extra comfort in your bends. A nice detail is also the contoured heel, which gives you even more access to the higher frets. And then there are those fantastic Dual-Mag pickups!
