This Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster is one of those guitars that makes you look twice. Beneath the faded Surf Green Heavy Relic layer, a Pink Paisley finish shimmers through, a technique rarely used by the Custom Shop that makes each guitar unique. The result is an instrument with the visual depth of a vintage find and the playability of a masterpiece from Corona, California.
The neck is crafted from quarter-sawn flame maple, a wood that is not only visually stunning due to its flame figuring but also exceptionally stable due to the way it is cut. Combined with a 60s Strat profile and a rosewood fretboard with a 9.5" radius, this neck plays smoothly and familiarly, whether you're bending notes or grabbing chords. The three hand-wound Tomatillo single coils deliver a clear, dynamic sound with that characteristic Strat bite you expect from an instrument of this caliber.
The guitar is equipped with an American Vintage bridge, Vintage Style tuners, and 21 frets with dot inlays on the rosewood fretboard. The electronics consist of a volume and two tone controls. Comes with a hardcase. This is a unique specimen that you won't easily find anywhere else.
