Lowden S-35W

Completely walnut, with a unique timbre

A dark beauty! One of the newest models from Lowden. After developing the all-mahogany S-35M, George Lowden was curious to find other hardwoods that could offer something a little different from the more traditional soundboard wood choices. That is how Lowden ended up with Walnut, and voilà: the Lowden S-35W saw the light of day. This type of wood is characterized by a strong, clear character where every note literally jumps out of the guitar. In addition, Lowden has voiced the Walnut top in such a way that these aforementioned characteristics are complemented by a distinctive punch. This 'folky' guitar is beautifully finished, and feels like coming home.
