Martin 00-28 Re-Imagined
The classic Martin design, but in 2020. Beautiful rosewood and herringbone binding.
Classic, handy and a great sound that you would not immediately expect from such a compact guitar: that is the Martin 00-28 from the Re-Imagined series. With its Sitka spruce (spruce) top and East Indian Rosewood (rosewood) sides/back, the 00-28 delivers a rich sound packed with natural overtones, and with a warm sustain where you can really hear the wood vibrate and resonate. This effect is further enhanced by the scalloped bracing. In terms of looks, this is exactly what you can expect from Martin. For example, we find a beautiful herringbone binding around the spruce top and in combination with the tortoise pickguard, the guitar immediately feels like a time machine. As soon as you turn the guitar over you can see the beautiful East Indian rosewood used for the sides and back of the body: breathtaking. Other noteworthy features include the ebony fingerboard, dovetail neck joint and 24.9" scale length. This Martin 00-28 Re-Imagined comes standard with a case.
