The lighter high strings (11) and heavier bass strings (52) give you the best of both worlds: smooth playing on the high strings and a full, resonant low-end response. The coating protects the strings from sweat and oxidation for a significantly longer lifespan.
The Lifespan 2.0 coating is Martin's most advanced coating and offers a playing feel that closely resembles uncoated strings.
