Martin D-18E 2020

Limited edition of the legendary D-18 model, with LR Baggs Anthem and rosewood binding.

A guitar that we can rightly call legendary: the Martin D-18, this time in a limited edition 2020 version (fitting that exactly 2020 models were produced). The original model was introduced in 1934 and has since been used by every big name in the music industry. Just like the original, the D-18E 2020 is equipped with a Sitka spruce top and genuine mahogany back and sides, in addition, we also find the standard specifications from the Reimagined series on this guitar, which translates into an amazing sound and playability, or: the Martin promise. What distinguishes this model, however, is the genuine mahogany neck and the use of beautiful East Indian rosewood for the headplate, binding around the body, fingerboard, bridge and heel cap. As icing on the cake, the D-18E 2020 also features an LR Baggs Anthem pickup system, which is currently regarded as one of the very best pickups for acoustic guitar. What a beauty...
