Burl Maple Master Grade with Blue-Green Stirred Resin on Black Limba — the Regius 6 as a unique piece

The Mayones Regius 6 Buckeye Burl Master Grade Custom Color is a guitar you'll only see once. The Master Grade Burl Maple top with Blue-Green Stirred Resin finish features a pattern of swirls, colors, and resin layers that is unique to each instrument. The 3-ply black ABS binding on the body, headstock, and fingerboard gives the instrument a cohesive, premium look that accentuates the beauty of the wood. Black Limba is lightweight and open in resonance, an ideal base for this type of exceptional wood.

The Maple/Mahogany/Wenge/Amazakoe neck with Ebony fingerboard and Regius 6 profile plays fast and precise, with a 16" radius. The Velvetrone Ironside and Solium 6-string humbuckers are controlled via Bourns push-pull volume, a 3-way Electroswitch toggle, and Mayones Treble Bleed Mod. Hipshot GripLock tuners 3+3, scale 25.4", includes hardshell case and wooden truss rod cover.

The Stirred Resin technique that Mayones applies to the Burl Maple top is a handcrafted process where resin is poured into the natural cavities of the wood and then finished by hand. The result is a top that is both structurally and visually unique, blurring the lines between guitar building and fine art.
