Suhr Shiba Drive

The Suhr Shiba Drive gives you overdrive with a smooth edge

An overdrive that doesn't lock you into a single sound: the Suhr Shiba Drive combines a warm, full drive with simple operation. With Drive, Tone, and Level, you can adjust the amount of distortion, the tonal character, and the output level individually. This allows you to tailor the pedal to your own guitar and amplifier, rather than building your entire sound around the pedal.

The Smooth switch gives you an extra way to tune the overdrive's response. This makes the Shiba Drive interesting if you like to experiment with the transition from a subtle boost to a more emphatic drive sound. Whether you play with a light touch or put more force behind a phrase, you can use the controls to find the balance that suits your playing style.

This Suhr overdrive pedal features a 1/4-inch input and output and a connection for 9V power. Drive, Tone, Level, and the Smooth switch are located directly on the pedal, so you can access the most important settings without menus. Thanks to true-bypass switching, the signal does not pass through the effect circuit when the pedal is off. Watch the demo below to see if the Shiba Drive fits your setup.
