Ron Thal, better known as Bumblefoot, is an American guitarist who is known to the wider public as the ex-guitarist of Guns 'n Roses, but is of course already highly respected among enthusiasts as one of the most talented shredders in the world. Thal/Bumblefoot has a very recognizable and well-thought-out sound, which is partly created with the help of his Vigier Bfoot signature guitar. This DoubleBfoot is the evolution of this signature model, which in this version has been expanded with a second one - fretless!!!! - neck. Very cool. The fingerboard of this neck is made of so-called Imetal, a material with a very unique timbre. Playing the fretless part of the DoubleBfoot obviously requires some training or previous experience, but the sounds and play it invites is incredibly inspiring. Whether you want to Djen, or want to go more towards the Sitar angle, this guitar has it all. The "traditional" part of this rugged doubleneck is essentially the well-known Vigier Bfoot model, with its Floyd Rose bridge, 24.8" scale length, DiMarzio Chopper and ToneZone configuration and rosewood fingerboard. Of course, the DoubleBfoot is also equipped with the amazing 10/90 System from Vigier, which means this guitar is not equipped with neck pins. Thanks to the carbon strip, the necks remain vertical and play fantastic. The icing on the cake is the alder used for the body the maple of the necks is dried in a natural way. This not only sounds and feels better, but improves the performance, reliability and stability of the instrument even more. And then that golden finish... Man man!
