It is of course clear where the roots of this instrument lie, but make no mistake: this is anything but your standard S-Style guitar. First of all, the 10/90 neck. What exactly does this mean? Where a normal guitar neck consists entirely of wood and is adjusted with a truss rod, the Vigier has chosen to have the neck consist of 10 percent carbon. The result? The neck is so stable and sturdy that a truss rod is no longer needed! This neck remains straight, tight and sounding good at all times.
