Walrus Audio Jupiter V2: Versatile multi-clip fuzz from gritty and thick to aggressive and loud
The Walrus Audio Jupiter V2 is a fuzz pedal that refuses to choose. Where most fuzz pedals have one character, the Jupiter V2 gives you full control over the frequency profile of your fuzz via the Mode, Tone, and Bass knobs. The result is a pedal that can deliver both mid-scooped, open fuzz and aggressive, mids-rich fuzz, and everything in between.
The Mode knob switches between different diode-clipping forms, each with its own character and saturation level. The Bass knob acts as a bass cut or bass bleed and determines how much low end remains in the fuzz, which also makes the Jupiter V2 excellently suited for bass guitar. Tone and Level control the tone color and output volume. The combination of these four parameters makes the Jupiter V2 one of the most adaptable fuzz pedals in its price range.
The Jupiter V2 has a 1/4" input and output and is powered via 9V DC. Controlled via Level, Fuzz, Tone, Mode, and Bass.
